Grievance Officer (India)
#Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Rule 3(2), we publish the contact of a Grievance Officer to receive complaints about the Service, its content, or a breach of these Rules.

- Acknowledgement. as required by the Rules, a complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution. as required by the Rules, a complaint is disposed of within 15 days of receipt; certain categories of unlawful content are acted on within the shorter periods the Rules prescribe.
Include your account email, the date and a description of what happened, and a link or screenshot where one exists. If you are complaining about specific content, say what you want done with it.

- Export a copy of your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy in the web app or the mobile app; these run without writing to us.
- Other requests — correction, restriction, objection, or a question about a decision — go to privacy@email.legalyard.com. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
- The Privacy Policy lists the rights available in your jurisdiction and the regulator you can complain to.

Reporting abuse or harmful content
#If you believe the Service is being used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or you have found harmful content in a shared link, write to abuse@email.legalyard.com. Include the link and what concerns you. Reports about unlawful content in India may also be sent to the Grievance Officer above.
